Annual Fund

Granite State Symphony Orchestra
Concord, New Hampshire's resident orchestra

Did you know ticket sales cover only 41% of our operating expenses? The money we generate in ticket sales is not nearly enough to provide symphonic music in Concord and Central New Hampshire. It is our good fortune to have the generous support of corporate sponsors to make up a significant part of our operating deficit. This year's major sponsors include Concord Orthopaedics, Concord Obstetrics & Gynecology, The Dental Implant Center of New Hampshire, Lincoln Financial Group, Ransmeier & Spellman, and Merrimack County Savings Bank. The symphony also receives generous support from The Timothy and Abigail B. Walker Lecture Fund and The Bagan Foundation.

Even with that generous support, there is still a deficit that must be made up to keep the orchestra healthy. The Annual Fund plays a vital part in keeping our ticket prices low and the orchestra fiscally sound. Last year the Annual Fund drive raised over $24,000 in much needed revenue. We depend on it. Read this year's Annual Fund Letter here.

Would you consider another generous contribution to GSSO's Annual Fund? If you agree that this organization is a vital part of life in Central New Hampshire, please take the time now to put your tax-deductible donation in the mail to keep this wonderful orchestra playing and growing.
